Helping People Overcome Pain

At RePosture, we use a proven modality of exercises that gets to the root of your chronic pain by returning your body to proper alignment, function and balance. We focus on your body as a whole and treat the underlying cause of your chronic pain and injuries.

Chronic Pain

Many types of chronic pain and injury are caused by the slow deterioration of your posture. The only way to get complete and long-lasting pain relief is by correcting your postural imbalances through exercise therapy. At best, surgery, manipulation, injections, and braces designed to target your symptoms only offer short term relief because they are doing nothing about correcting the cause of your pain – your postural alignment.

Your Alignment

Your body’s alignment is just like your car’s alignment. It is designed to be symmetrical left to right and balanced. When your body gets out of postural alignment because of your work, lifestyle, activities or injuries, other systems in your body can become compromised. These systems include: musculoskeletal, nervous, cardiorespiratory, and digestive. Associated symptoms that may appear include: joint pain, nerve impingement, breathing issues, circulatory problems, and digestive difficulties.

Focus on the cause

Most modalities for these pain symptoms focus on eliminating the symptom without focusing on fixing the root cause of the problem. At RePosture, we give you the tools - specific posture exercises - to start correcting your posture and eliminating your pain for good.

you’ve tried multiple sources to eliminate your pain, and are ready to pull your hair out! Most clients forget that pain is your body's only way of communicating with you and alerting you to the fact that something isn’t quite right. To fix it, we simply shift the focus and concentrate on therapy that targets the root cause rather than the symptoms.

How We Do It

It is important to remember that postural alignment is a process. Starting with your initial visit to RePosture, we do a series of functional tests to ensure that we narrow in on which areas of your body need the most attention. We then do a computer-assisted photo analysis of your body, generating your own individual menu to help start repositioning, strengthening and stretching your body.

Steady Progress

As the weekly process continues, your photos, evaluation, and personal menu of gentle corrective exercises are updated. This will allow us to be spot on in keeping you on the right track and maximizing your progress.
